Our Installation Process: Grind, Repair, Broadcast, Topcoat

Step-by-Step Installation Process

A great floor starts with great prep. Here’s exactly how we install your polyaspartic system for long‑term durability and a clean, even finish.

Surface Grinding

Surface grinding with commercial grinder, detail grinders, other equipment as needed, and dust‑controlled vacuum.

Address Damage

Address cracks, missing spots, and any existing damage as needed for a uniform surface that’s ready for a basecoat.

Check Moisture

Moisture check when appropriate to guide materials and timing. This is commonly needed for new slabs.

Full Broadcast

Full broadcast of decorative color flake or quartz. We aim for 100% coverage to give your space a uniform look.

Polyaspartic Topcoat

Polyaspartic topcoat for UV stability, chemical resistance, and hot‑tire resitance.

Cure and Start Enjoying

Cure & return to use: light foot traffic same day; vehicle timing per site conditions – we’ll let you know!

Timeline & Homeowner Prep

For most standard garages, our installation process typically takes about two to three days. We’ll handle everything from preparation to the final topcoat, so all you need to do is clear the garage before we arrive. Once the coating is down, we’ll let you know exactly when it’s ready so you can avoid foot traffic and keep pets off the surface until we give the go-ahead. The result is a durable, beautiful floor you’ll be able to enjoy for years.

What This Process Solves

This process is designed to solve common concrete issues that many homeowners face. It levels out uneven or porous slabs, addresses minor cracking and spalls, and provides a durable new surface that eliminates adhesion failures caused by previous DIY coatings.
