While many people use the term “epoxy flooring,” our premium system actually uses superior materials—a flexible rubberized urethane base coat with a polyaspartic top coat. This professional-grade system provides significantly better durability, chemical resistance, and UV stability than DIY epoxy kits. Our thorough preparation process, professional-grade materials, and experienced installation team ensure a finish that typically outlasts DIY applications by many years.

Most standard installations take 2-3 days from start to finish. Day one involves preparation and base coat application, day two includes scraping and sanding, and day three is for the polyaspartic top coat application. Your floor will be ready for light foot traffic 24 hours after the top coat is applied and fully cured for vehicle use in 72 hours.

One of the biggest advantages of our coating systems is their minimal maintenance requirements. Regular sweeping and occasional mopping with a mild cleaner (like diluted dish soap) is all that’s needed. No waxing, buffing, or special treatments are ever required. For tougher spills, a soft scrub brush can be used without damaging the surface. The non-porous nature of our coatings means that dirt and spills remain on the surface, making cleanup remarkably simple.

Yes, we require the area to be completely clear before our team arrives. This allows us to properly prepare and coat the entire floor without obstacles or dust contamination to your belongings. For garages, this means removing all vehicles, storage items, and shelving. For commercial spaces, we’ll work with you to develop a plan that minimizes disruption to your operations.
