Why Polyaspartic

UV-stable to resist yellowing

Traditional epoxy can yellow over time – especially in areas exposed to sunlight.

Hot-tire and chemical resistant

Hot-tire pickup can happen on floors that were installed using low-quality products or improper installation.

Quick installation in most standard garages

Most garages can be completely transformed within days.

Product Options

What We Install

We currently offer two product choices when it comes to your space. You can choose full-broadcast color flake systems – which are a popular garage choice – or quartz systems which provides a different look along with additional texture -popular in outdoor settings.

Our Process

There can be variation in the process occassionally. We customize our process when needed. In general, we follow the process outlined here: Grind and dust‑control vacuum → address cracks/missing spots as needed → moisture check when appropriate → full broadcast of flake or quartz → polyaspartic topcoat → return‑to‑use guidance.

Light foot traffic the same day; we will talk to you in detail about how long you should wait to park on your new floor based on the details of your project. Typically, you can park on it without concern a couple of days after the project is completed.

Yellowing is a common issue with traditional epoxy flooring. The product we use for the topcoat – polyaspartic – is desinged to be UV resitant and will not yellow over time.

Each project is unique, but in most situations we are able to address cracks as part of the preparation process. We use a rubberized urethane as a basecoat – it remains flexible and helps protect your new floor from having cracks show through.

No, we will not go over the top of your current DIY epoxy flooring. We remove failing coatings first in order to provide a long-lasting finished product—see Troubleshooting.

Mild cleaner and water cover most needs – see our Care Guide for more in depth instructions on maintenance.
