Garage Floor Coating Cost in Tyler & East Texas
Every garage is a little different, so we don’t publish one‑size‑fits‑all pricing for garage floor coating. Your final quote depends on size, slab condition, finish choice, and any special prep. Below, we explain what affects cost, what’s included, and example scenarios—so you know what to expect before we visit.

Total transformation
A new polyaspartic flake floor system for your garage will provide a total transformation in less than a week.
What Drives the Cost
There are a number of factors that impact the final cost of getting a new garage floor coating. Some of those factors include:

Size of the Space

Necessary Prep

Access and Scheduling

Product You Choose

Layout

Moisture Conditions
What’s included in every quote?
Prep Process
Commercial grinding, acid washing when needed, dust-controlled vacuum.
Full Broadcast

Addressing Damage
Addressing cracks, existing concrete covering, and anything else that will prevent adhesion.
Premium Topcoat
Application of a UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat.
Flexible Base Coat
Flexible base coat – rubberized urethane – that is designed to protect your new floor from showing cracks.
Clean Up and Finish
Clean up and instructions on when you can use the space and how to care for it.
Real World Scenarios
Standard 2-Car Garage: full-broadcast flake after routine prep. This will be the lowest cost option.
3-Car or Oversize: more square footage adds to the overall cost of the project.
Workshop With Steps/Curbs: added verticals like steps and curbs involve using more product and detail time.
Dealing with a DIY Epoxy Kit or Failing Coating: remove failing material and correct slab can add to cost; see Troubleshooting.
How to Plan (and sometimes save)
Clear the garage before we arrive. This is the only real work you will need to do as the homeowner. We need the space empty to get started on the prep.
Choose in-stock colors. There are times when we have stock of certain flake colors. If you are able to choose an in stock color, we can pass along the savings from avoiding freight costs.
Bundle areas (garage + patio). If you decide to do multiple projects at once, we are often able to give a discount because it cuts down on the travel time for our crew.
Standard scheduling (vs. rush/after-hours). Some projects – especially commercial jobs – will require a weekend or evening schedule. We do charge a weekend/evening rate if odd hours are required.
Next Steps: Get Your Custom Quote

If you do not want to measure or send pics, no problem, we can do it all during our time at your property. We serve Tyler, Whitehouse, Lindale, Bullard, Longview, and nearby East Texas communities.
